Adventuredome visit
We had a great weekend. We took the children to the indoor adventuredome at the circus circus. One of the largest indoor theme parks in the world. I guess it is about 5 acres. We have lived here for about two years now and have yet to visit. The kids are always whining about going so they were extremely happy to hear, get ready we're going to the adventure dome. I still love taking my kids to any event on the las vegas strip because i still here ... oh my god... look at that or look at that mom. Me on the other hand hate going anywhere near the strip because of traffic, bad drivers and tons of intoxicated people on vacation. lol. well anyways we got there i ha gotten some discount passes from albertson's for 5$ off per ticket. good because the kids tickets under 48 inches were 14.95 and over 48 inches were 24.95. well with the discount our total bill came to about 110.00 with tax. not bad but the lady charged 3 of my kids the full adult price for being 49 inches. PLEASSSEE!! next time we will take off there shoes first.. just kidding!! well there were a ton of rides and fun things to do.. even a clown show. the kids rode the roller coaster even. not bad for the price. it was indoors and air conditioned but still a little muggy. I have to say it was packed in there. i had the baby in the stroller and could barley nugde through the crowd. The lines were not bad approx. 7 - 10 minute wait per ride. The food was crazy expensive. but nothing compared to disney world prices. One ride the inverter i thought the whole family was gonna vomit upside down. You sit in something similar to a pirate ship and it goes all the way around upside down and you hang for a few seconds before plummeting down. everyone was white. one lady forgot her cell in her pocket and it let's just say did not survive the fall. Overall it was a nice trip and well worth it. So if you get the chance defintley visit.

Mananswers show
I was very amused by the spike TV show mananswers. I was listening while cleaning and i could not believe this was a show that was really being aired. I had to say though i did stick around to see how to tell the difference between saggy girl boobs and firm ones without seeing them. It was really retatrded. But those of you who have not seen this show .. it is defintley intruging and catchy i guess.

Wendy's Asian Chicken Sensations
Well tonight we were being a busy family as usual and I decided we would have a fast food dinner. I try and make it a rare occasion cause you know.. not that good for ya. We went to Wendy's. I ordered the Asian chicken sensations. I have been seeing them on TV lately and i do gotta say they looked yummy. I was very hungry after a long day so when i came home and opened up my package and saw my chicken.... I thought well these don't look as good as on TV,, which is normal.. but maybe they taste good. It kinda looked like chicken nuggets with sauce dumped over them . Well that is pretty much what they were. They were very dry inside and a little too spicy and they left me with heartburn. So give them a try if you wish but i would not recommend them.. I would like to try the buffalo one's though.. hopefully they will be better. $5.69 for the combo is what i paid.. so what could you expect?. But you could go to Panda Express and get yummy orange chicken for just as much.. you know where i will be next time i get my asian chicken cravings!!!
Somewhat new to Blogging
Well i have been wanting to start blogging for a long time now, i just really never have set down to do it. But i have made it here, so that is my start. I always feel like i have a lot to say at the end of the day but no so many listener's over 18 you know. Well there is the husband.. he can last about 5 minutes before he is lost in tv land or his own interest. Or sometimes even falling asleep on the couch during our talks. I know he tries, i have to give him that. So hopefully someone out there who understands my day and the trials of motherhood, will enjoy what i have to say, and just maybe not be bored with it all. :) I mean if you can be awoken at 6:30am in the morning to a poopy smelling screaming baby, and still smile then you are in the right place.

Yard Sale Tips
"Yard Sale Tips for Beginners
Yard sales are a great way to buy the things you need for less. You can usually find name brand items at yard sales. It is a great way to purchase children's clothing since they grow so fast and sizing is always changing. Also great antique furniture can be purchased at estate sales for discounted prices. Whatever it is you are looking for you are more than likely to find it at yard sales.
Keep your eyes and ears open to find out where the yardsales are. Many people advertise the classifieds of the local newspaper but a lot of people will just put up signs, post a flyer in a grocery store, place a free classified ad on a local community website such as craigslist.org.
Then you will need to map out the best route, or group yardsales in the same area together to reach them faster. You can use google maps or mapquest.com for directions.
make sure you wake up early too get great deals. You do not want them to be gone once you get there.
I like to arrive early at yard sales but I'm not the dreaded 'early bird.' An early bird is someone who shows up before a yard sale is supposed to begin. Sometimes even HOURS ahead of time. I've found that most yardsales are not organized well enough to handle early birds. Others believe that arriving late at a yardsale is good too, because the seller may be willing to give better deals later in the day.
It's good to bring a lot of small bills and change especially if you plan on making small purchases. Don’t be afraid to haggle a price down if you feel it is too high. The worst that the seller can say is no. I think it’s in very bad taste to haggle a price down from $1.00 to .50 only to whip out a $20 bill to pay for it. Believe me, it happens. If I think the price is fair or a steal, I don’t bother haggling. Nothing is more annoying to me (when having a yardsale) is to have a customer who wants to haggle on every little item. Also, I would not drive up in a Lexus expecting to haggle. Drive the junker instead. Or at least park the Lexus around the block before you walk up to the yard sale.
Lastly, if you see an item you would like (but is priced too high and the seller won't negotiate), give the seller your name and telephone number and tell them you are interested if it doesn't sell by the end of the day and they are willing to come down on the price. One reader's suggestion: carry extra business cards for this purpose, who knows, YOU may end up selling THEM something!"
And last but not least if you see several items you would like to purchase, offer a lump sum for all the merchandise under the asking prices, This is how i get some of my best deals on items.
Happy Sailing!!
